Arrivals & Departures
Please leave your dog/s in the car and follow the signs to the reception to book in (don't worry about leaving your dog/s, you will be able to see your dog/s through the reception windows. Once you have signed in on our register/checked your dog/s vaccinations you can bring your dog/s into the reception.
Please come to reception to check your dog out and then a member of staff will take you to collect your dog/s. Please note that if you can collect your dog before 10am then no charge will be made for that day. This is something we are keen to promote because we think it is fair: by being fair with us and collecting your dog before 10am, you save money and it will then give us enough time to clean and prepare the kennel for the next arrival.
All dogs must be vaccinated and have the necessary annual booster injection against Canine hepatitis, Para influenza, canine distemper, leptospirosis, parvovirus and bordetella (kennel cough). A valid veterinary certificate must be provided showing the vaccines being administered at least 10 days prior to boarding.
Please also ensure that your dog's flea and worm treatment is up to date when they come to stay.
All vaccinations including Kennel Cough should be renewed annually so please bear this in mind before boarding your dog.
All our dogs are walked twice everyday whatever the weather.
Our morning walks start at 7am and needless to say are most appreciated by all our dogs.
We also have a two acre paddock securely fenced all round, giving owners piece of mind that their dogs will be walked on or off lead and have fun running around safely.
All our dogs are provided with a well balanced nutritious diet of dry kibble and meat which most dogs love, however if your dog requires a prescription food or to avoid any unnecessary change in diet you would like to provide your own food, then we can make a special provision for this.
