Once you have signed in on our register/checked your dog/s vaccinations you can bring your dog/s into the reception.
On Departure Please come to reception to check your dog out and then a member of staff will take you to collect your dog/s. Please note that if you can collect your dog before 10am then no charge will be made for that day. This is something we are keen to promote because we think it is fair: by being fair with us and collecting your dog before 10am, you save money and it will then give us enough time to clean and prepare the kennel for the next arrival. Thank You
All dogs must be at least 6 months of age. Fully vaccinated and have the necessary annual booster injection against Canine hepatitis, Para influenza, canine distemper, leptospirosis, parvovirus and bordetella (kennel cough). A valid veterinary certificate must be provided showing the vaccines being administered at least 10 days prior to boarding. Please also ensure that your dog's flea and worm treatment is up to date when they come to stay.
All vaccinations including Kennel Cough should be renewed annually so please bear this in mind before boarding your dog.
It saddens us all to come to reality with the government law regarding the ban of the XL Bullies breed. As a business which handles dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments we understand the risks of working with all dogs, it’s disappointing for us that a more proactive case by case approach hasn’t been taken. As of the 2nd of February 2024, we are sadly no longer accepting the XL Bully breed. This is due to policies license require which we are unable to meet in our kennel design/layout along with the insurance requirements and large increase in insurance premiums. We can only truly apologies for this.
